Approach potential sponsors for each race (suggest £20.00 per race). Their name or company name can then be printed on a personalised Race Card which we can supply.
Sell each runner to an owner for a suggested £5.00 each. Every owner's name can then be printed against their chosen runner.
Auction the runners of  race 4 & 8. The highest bidder for each runner becomes the owner. 75% of the total auction money received is then paid to the winning owner or group of owners.

A Race Night is a unique way to raise funds, and brings all the excitement of an evenings racing to your Club or Charity. Our Computerised Race System was designed and written by Mark McCormick himself and is constantly being up dated with new features. It includes races from some of the best race course in the UK.
We recommend selling the Tote Tickets at 50 pence or £1 each. The choice is yours, but stick to one price throughout the night. Betting is on a Win basis only. At the close of betting simply enter on the Tabulator Form the number of tickets sold for each runner by deducting one number from the last ticket left in the book.
